Watch Warranty
Our authorized repair facility for both warranty and non-warranty
repairs is Delman Watch Service. You do NOT need to contact us
directly about your repair item. You can either visit www.delmanwatchservice.com
or call them at 401-946-5158. They will provide you with instructions
for shipping your watch for repair and handle everything from there.
Should questions or concerns arise, we are happy to address them, but
Delman Watch is set up to handle all our repairs from start to finish.
The Détente Watch Group, follows these warranty guidelines:
Two or Four* Year Limited Watch Warranty
- Every Détente watch is guaranteed by Détente Watch Group, LLC
- This
guarantee is valid at Détente Watch Group, LLC and not at the place of
purchase. Please do not return watches to your retailer.
- Détente
Watch Group guarantees new watch movements for two years from the date
of purchase against defects in material and workmanship.
- Please
note that this warranty does not cover the case, bracelet, strap,
crystal, battery, or crown of the watch. This warranty gives specific
legal rights, and there may be other rights, which vary from state to
state.
*watches covered by our four year extended
warranty will come with a special card indicating so. The standard
warranty is two years.
If a Détente watch should require service during or after the period of warranty, please do the the following:
- Go to www.delmanwatchservice.com, or call 401-946-5158. For warranty repairs, you
will need a copy of your original purchase receipt to validate the date
of purchase. There are no exceptions to this requirement.
- This
warranty will no longer be valid if this watch has been tampered with,
taken apart, wet, or repaired by anyone but Détente and Delman Watch
Service. In the case of water resistant watches, cracking of the crystal
or loosening of the watch case back and/or the watch crown, will
invalidate this warranty.
